I will describe the Sage open source mathematical software project,
which I started in 2005, and which now has over 100 developers and
about 5,000 downloads per month. First, I'll sketch the history and
motivation for the project, then sketch how the project currently
runs, including how we make releases, test our code, and peer review
all new code. I'll end the talk with a tour/demo of some of the
functionality of Sage.
